SuzyAmeer Online delivers to whole Singapore except for Tuas, Benoi and Sentosa. We are working on CBD area.

1. Go to www.suzyameeronline.com.sg
2. Click ‘Sign In’ on the upper right side of the website
3. Fill in your email address and password then click ‘Sign In’
4. Select the products that you want and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity or remove items once they are in your cart
5. After selecting all the items that you want, go to the shopping basket icon at the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout Now’
6. Once you have checked that the items and amount are correct, click Checkout
7. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment
8. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are all finished!
9. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
10. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

How do I look for an item?

You can type in the item's name in the search bar input, or browse through the online shop's categories.

How do I order in bulk?

If your order is more than the max cap quantity in the website, please send an email to info@suzyameeronline.com of the products and quantities you would like to order. You can also call 67846004 to speak to our friendly Customer Service Representatives.

When can I have the items delivered?

There are 2 delivery slots available daily. Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity.

What are the delivery timings?

We deliver to you seven days a week, including weekends.
Our delivery hours are 1000hr to 1700hr & 1400hr to 1900hr.
You can choose your preferred two delivery slot during the checkout process

What are your delivery charges?

If your order is above $99, delivery is free! For orders less than $99 charges as per below.

Delivery charge for online grocery orders (in SGD)

$99 and above Standard Free Delivery / Express $12.00 / Same Day cut of time 11am - $15

Between $75 to 98.90 Standard $10.00 / Express $12.00 / Same Day cut of time 11am - $15

Below $29.90 to $74.90 Standard $12.00 / Express $15.00 / Same Day cut of time 11am - $17

When is the earliest delivery once I’ve placed the order?

Orders will be processed on the day of the order and be delivered the same day before 11am.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

If you are not able to let us know ahead of time and miss your delivery, please contact us via email at info@suzyameeronline.com or call us at 67846004. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Please note that if orders are cancelled or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slots, SuzyAmeer Online reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of S$15.00

Unavailability Item

In the event that a product becomes unavailable for whatever reason and order that being accepted. SuzyAmeer reserve the right to process the other products in your order. We work towards bringing you a wonderful online experience. For fulfillment From Store order, we may replace such items with a similar items of equivalent value. If any item you have ordered not in stock for us to replace any similar item, it is with much regret that we will inform you that the said item is unavailable and will refund accordingly. However, Standard delivery charges will be applied if the order value is less than $99.00.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any online home delivery order at no charge by email to suzyameerhq@hotmail.com your request, provided that such cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. In the event you are unable to provide notice, there will be a cancellation charge for each order cancellation in the sum of $10.00 of the delivery.
